Who are LAK Serviced Apartments?

LAK Serviced Apartments are a brand new boutique style type of serviced apartment that offers style and comfort in a prime location in Central London. Our team has over 25 years of experience in the serviced accommodation sector.

 

What is included in my serviced apartment?

Our serviced apartments are fully fitted and equipped with everything you would need during your stay in Central London independently of how long you wish to stay. High quality bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, crockery and ironing facilities are included in your apartment as standard. Your apartment will be serviced twice a week by our experienced housekeeping team. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact our sales office for more information.

 

How do I check-in to my apartment?

We will send you the check-in procedure and details to access your apartment via email at the time of confirming your reservation. Our apartments are only accessible by a unique personal key code that is provided with your booking confirmation.

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of arrival. It is strictly prohibited to enter the apartment building before this time as it may not be vacant or ready for you. Early check-ins can be arranged prior to arrival subject to availability by contacting our sales team. Our apartments must be vacated by 10am on your departure date unless a late check-out has been arranged with our sales office in advance. As a courtesy to arriving guests we request that you observe this check-out time.

 

Who do I contact after I’ve checked-in?

If you have any questions about your apartment, please contact our onsite Duty Manager on 0789 4683 508. Our inhouse team will be happy to help you with any additional queries that you may have during your stay. For out of office hour’s enquiries you may be redirected to our emergency number of 0044(0)2075389443 available 24/7.

 

Are pets allowed in LAK apartments?

LAK does not allow pets.

 

Is smoking allowed in LAK apartments?

Our apartments are strictly non smoking. Extra charges will be applicable including fines if smoking occurs at the apartment at any time during your stay at your apartment.

 

Can I arrange a parking space?

Parking can be provided at the time of the booking or on arrival (subject to availability). We can provide 24 hour secure parking nearby at an extra cost. Please enquiry at the time of the booking.

 

Are extra beds provided for children or adults?

Foldaway beds can be provided at an extra charge of £30 per night subject to availability and depending on the type of apartment booked. Please check with our sales office at the time of the booking. A maximum of one foldaway bed will be provided per apartment.

 

Can baby cots and high chairs be provided?

Baby cot and high chairs can be provided at an extra charge (subject to availability).

 

Are toiletries provided?

Toiletries are provided on arrival and will be replenished during your stay.

 

Will my apartment have Wi-Fi?

Complimentary unlimited Internet access is provided in all of our apartments.  Log in instructions and passwords are available in your apartment.

 

How can I book an apartment?

How can I cancel my apartment booking?

Cancellations need to be sent to our sales office via email at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Please refer to our booking conditions for more details on cancellation charges within 14 days prior to arrival.

 

How can I modify my apartment booking?

Modifications are subject to availability at all times. We will endeavour to change your reservation when possible at no extra charge, however, this may not be always be possible depending on dates or high season demand periods.

 

Can I request a particular apartment number?

We will of course endeavour to meet all apartment requests, however these cannot be guaranteed at the time of the booking. Apartment allocation is completed the night prior to arrival; all requests made will be taken into consideration during this process.
